It pays for a recorded introduction after the initiating party has reviewed the available route, cargo, timing, capacity, price and trust information and chooses to unlock contact details. It is not a transport commission.

When is the Connection Fee shown?

The applicable value-scaled fee is shown before approval. The current public range is R149 minimum to R5,000 maximum, so the initiating party can review the amount before choosing whether to continue.

Does paying the Connection Fee guarantee that the transport job will proceed?

No. The fee does not guarantee a job, operator availability, price acceptance or delivery. It records the approved introduction and controlled release of contact details so both parties can decide what happens next.
