CargoSpace (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/551449/07, operates a technology marketplace, coordination layer, and trust-record system. CargoSpace is not the carrier, insurer, underwriter, bank, regulated custodial or trust-account service, courier, freight forwarder, or payment institution unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

CargoSpace helps shippers, operators, and partners capture route information, shipment requests, verification records, communications, match suggestions, delivery evidence, and operational notes.

During launch, some matching, verification, support, payment coordination, and dispute handling may be semi-manual. Users agree that pilot workflows may change as CargoSpace learns from real route, trust, and pricing feedback.

A match suggestion is not a guaranteed booking. A booking is only confirmed when the shipper and operator approve the relevant commercial and operational details and the required platform controls are satisfied.

Users must provide accurate contact, identity, cargo, route, vehicle, timing, and payment information. Users must not submit illegal, dangerous, prohibited, misdeclared, or stolen goods.

Operators are responsible for lawful vehicle operation, licensing, roadworthiness, driver conduct, permits, safe handling, and compliance with applicable transport laws.

CargoSpace may help coordinate evidence and communication if a shipment, payment, cancellation, or delivery dispute occurs. The underlying transport service remains between the relevant shipper and operator unless CargoSpace expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

The operator is responsible for performing the transport service and for cargo custody, vehicle operation, drivers, permits, handling, pickup, transit, and delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CargoSpace is not liable for an independent operator's transport performance, delay, loss, damage, theft, conduct, or payment default. CargoSpace remains responsible for its own platform obligations and does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.

Once an operator accepts a booking and reserves capacity, a customer cancellation is ordinarily non-refundable and may attract a reasonable cancellation charge reflecting timing, work performed, direct loss, and whether the capacity can be reallocated. CargoSpace does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after confirmation.

Duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges, failure to provide the agreed service, and remedies required by applicable law, Paystack, an issuing bank, or a payment network remain reviewable. CargoSpace may pause a match, lead, settlement, payout, or account while evidence is assessed.
