CargoSpace is building insurance-ready records, but active cover must be confirmed per shipment before anyone relies on it.
These are CargoSpace launch operating terms and should be reviewed by a South African legal advisor before broad public paid rollout.
No automatic cover
CargoSpace does not automatically insure shipments during launch unless a specific shipment confirmation expressly states that cover is active, names the provider, and sets out the cover terms.
CargoSpace is not an insurer, underwriter, broker, or financial services provider unless a future licensed arrangement expressly states otherwise.
Insurance-ready records
CargoSpace may collect route, cargo, verification, pickup, delivery, photo, timestamp, and dispute records that could support future insurance referrals or claims evidence.
Operators and shippers should keep their own insurance arrangements in force and check whether a shipment is covered before goods move.
