These are CargoSpace launch operating terms and should be reviewed by a South African legal advisor before broad public paid rollout.
Responsible party
CargoSpace is the responsible platform operator for launch records unless a separate partner agreement states otherwise.
Users may contact CargoSpace at hello@cargospace.africa for privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.
Processing principles
CargoSpace aims to process personal information lawfully, minimally, accurately, securely, and for clear marketplace, trust, support, and compliance purposes.
CargoSpace may restrict or decline deletion where records are needed for active shipments, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or regulatory duties.
Operators, shippers, and partners
CargoSpace may share limited operational details between matched parties where needed to quote, collect, deliver, verify, pay, support, or resolve a shipment.
CargoSpace should not sell personal information. Partner sharing should be limited to what is necessary for active services such as payment, insurance referral, verification, support, analytics, or infrastructure.
